Dreamer

Dreamer is a fast paced, precision first person platformer, developed as a practice project to familiarise myself with C# programming and 3D modelling software.

Jump, dash, and do this constantly on repeat with wallrunning to reach your eventual goal.

Controls are shown in-game, but here they are anyways:

• Jump - Space bar
• Dash - Left shift
• Pause - Escape
• Instant respawn - r

The game was originally going to have a bed time story like narrative to explain the unnatural environments, however that was scrapped as it became unnecessary for the end goal of this project.

As the game is a practice project, there are some aspects that are a bit rough around the edges. I hope the experience is still enjoyable regardless.

Known issues

• The transition into level 2 is questionable, sometimes spawning under the map (don't worry you'll be teleported to the start after a few moments)
• Pause menu camera moves and mouse disappears on click
  • When the mouse disappears when clicking on some of the pause menu buttons, just press escape again to make it appear.
